 Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns that are in new and resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.  All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped back to us.  Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.  We only accept returns for items purchased through FairtexUSA.com

 Starting on April 1st, 2015 we will begin charging a 15% re-stocking fee for all items that are returned for a refund.  This 15% re-stocking fee will only apply to items that are returned for a refund.  There will be no re-stocking fee for items sent back for an exchange.  Everyone at www.FairtexUSA.com appreciates your continued bsuiness, and we look forward to serving you in 2015 and beyond.  Any questions about the new re-stocking fee, or anything else can be directed to contact@fairtexusa.com

Shipping

All orders ship within 2 business days from the time they are placed.  Most orders ship within 24 hours.  We ship from the San Francisco Bay Area using Fedex service.  We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx International Express. We ship via USPS for PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines.

Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or over-sized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping that will be added to the shipping charge.

Additional shipping fees

Some heavy and oversized items require extra shipping fees based on size or weight. These fees will be added to an item's price, in addition to its standard shipping cost. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the item's description.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam

Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam are located outside the Continental U.S. therefore will take 3-7 business days to ship. Orders shipping to Puerto Rico are considered international shipments. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. 

International Orders

We will ship anywhere in the world. For international shipping, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout. The international shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fee’s required to ship internationally.

APO-FPO

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations.

Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or over-sized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping that will be added to the shipping charge. Fairtex USA reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.
